Lennox Head Boys Touch Football Team

Congratulations to the 12 boys that travelled to Sydney to compete in the NSWPSSA Touch Football Knockout Finals Day on Monday 17 October.

Our first game saw us come up against a very strong Elanora Heights Public School, who were the Sydney North champions. Unfortunately they were too good for us on the day, meaning we were knocked out of contention.

However the boys showed great resilience to pick themselves up and put in a strong performance for our consolation match against Western champions, Calare Public School. Thanks to the ever scheming Edward, some desperate defence from Kobe and Joel, and a spectacular length of the field intercept try from Harry, we came away victorious 5-4.

You should be extremely proud of yourselves boys. It has been an honour and a privledge to coach such an outstanding group of young men. Well done!
